We recognise that providing high-quality, adaptable, and sustainable supported housing is key to helping people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health problems live independently.
Our vision is to offer a diverse range of shared living and independent homes within vibrant, campus-style communities and well-connected urban settings. By investing in our homes and commercial assets, we aim to foster open, accessible communities that remove barriers and promote wider engagement.
To achieve this, we will responsibly divest from assets that no longer align with our vision. By 2027, our goal is to ensure all our homes are fully occupied by the people we support or rented by others who contribute to the vibrancy and diversity of our communities. We’ll adopt a variety of rental models to achieve this and create a transparent cost-return framework to guide our progress.
Additionally, we’ll assess our homes for adaptation needs, with the goal of providing individual bathroom facilities wherever practical and affordable, supported by a clear plan to make this vision a reality.
