At the heart of our new strategy for 2024-2027 is our commitment to being a Leader in Green Care. We believe in the transformative power of nature to enhance the lives of those we support, and we're excited to share how we're making this vision a reality.
Caring for our environment is core to our vision. It matters to our communities, our supporters and everyone we work with. Our Green Care Programme’s approach is to provide nature-based activities and therapeutic interventions to adults with learning disabilities.
We’re dedicated to creating vibrant and diverse communities where people can live well, learn, and thrive. Our aim is to build spaces that offer more than just housing—places where everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to take part in meaningful activities.
We recognise that providing high-quality, adaptable, and sustainable supported housing is key to helping people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health problems live independently.
At the core of what we do is our commitment to providing Quality Support and Housing for the people we support. Our approach is centred around helping adults with learning disabilities to live independently, thrive within their communities, and achieve their full potential.
We encourage and support the people within our communities to work creatively through group activities and workshops. We’re proud to showcase the work from our nine communities across the UK.
