Resource Director
Our innovative charity, Camphill Village Trust, appoints Resource Director to lead the Finance, IT, and People/HR Teams
Fiona I’Anson has been appointed to the role of Resource Director bringing together Finance, IT, Business Assurance and People. She will also act as Company Secretary and Deputy CEO as required.
Fiona brings broad experience in Finance and Investment, Resource/HR and Programme Management, Digital Strategy and Facilities, stretching across the NHS, Education and Health and Social Care integration.
This is particularly exciting for the Trust as the charity marks its 70th anniversary later this year and launches a new strategy, which will build on its rich history of enabling people with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges to have a life of opportunity.
Working with the Chief Executive, Sara Thakkar, and directors of Fundraising and Communications (Matthew Wilkley), Supported Living & Green Care Director (Sally Watts) and Estates (Claire Twaites), Fiona, completes the permanent new Executive Management Team, which will provide strong and stable leadership across the Trust’s ten communities.
Sara Thakkar, CEO, said: “I am delighted to welcome Fiona to our community. She joins us at an exciting time as we head into our 70th year. Her leadership and expertise will help us build on the foundations we have laid over the past two years, ensuring that we have the resilience and sustainability to help even more people for many years to come.”
Fiona I’Anson added “The opportunity to work with the Charity is a real privilege for me. To be able to work with the executive team to drive positive change and be part of a team that has the ambition to make a real difference to the people we support was one I could not refuse. I look forward to playing my part in shaping and executing the charity’s strategies.”
