Michael Nutt

Michael is the Chair of Bromley Healthcare CIC, a Social Enterprise company that delivers NHS Community Services to four boroughs in Southeast London. He has worked in various and diverse industries in roles such as digital technology, healthcare and finance and has multidimensional executive and Board experiences. Michael is committed to support fairness and equality and believes that his understanding of the complex and holistic wellbeing needs of individuals is deep, and this is central to the mission of the Camphill Village Trust. Michael is currently Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Trust.

Rita Asamoah

Rita has over 25 years’ experience in the profit and charity, health and social care sector, leading organisational vision and translating strategy into a lived experience for the residents, families, staff and partners. Rita is passionate about creating a vibrant and positive environment where the extraordinary is delivered in the ordinary day. She believes that people are fundamental to the delivery of great care by making others feel valued and leaving a lasting impact. Rita is currently Chair of the Quality & People Committee.

Michael Green

Michael spent 35 years as a senior director in the property industry and now lives on and runs a farm on the Isle of Wight. He has been an active Trustee of Brainwise for eleven years, the UK’s largest not for profit providers of rehabilitation services for individuals with an acquired brain injury, autism or physical disabilities. Michael brings a good understanding of the issues that currently face organisations within the Charitable sector, ranging from commissioning, governance, risk and staff retention and of the challenges that face organisations with multiple geographical locations. Michael is currently Vice Chair of the Trust and Chair of the Investment Committee.

Teresa has been involved in the leadership, management, and growth of services for adults and young people for over 25 years, with experience of working in local government and central government settings and in the charitable sector in various senior capacities. She is passionate about the tangible impacts Charities have in making a real and lasting difference to people’s lives. Teresa is currently a member of the Quality & People Committee.

Dr Ann Kenney

Ann has been involved in the leadership, management and growth of organisations in the third sector, working at Board and Operational Director level, for over 20 years. She has particular experience in developing organisations and co-producing services for people with learning disabilities and is interested in partnership working, fundraising and communications. Ann is currently a member of the Audit & Risk Committee and the Investment Committee.

Katie Stevens

Katie is a chartered accountant with over 30 years of finance, risk and audit experience, working in both the public and private sector. Being diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of 23, Katie recognised the concerns disabled persons (and their families) face. As a result, Katie has a stubborn passion for diversity and inclusion, a desire to raise awareness and to drive inner confidence. Katie is currently Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee.

Andy Simons

Andy is an experienced fundraising and commercial leader with a background in marketing and partnerships. He has led fundraising and marketing teams at mental health, disability, and medical research charities for over 8 years, and has also volunteered with Mencap in his local community for 14 years, helping to operate a drop-in centre for adults with learning disabilities. He is a registered Shared Lives Carer with Kent County Council. Andy is currently a member of the Quality & People Committee.
