Our team know the importance of an engaged and committed work force and are proud of the sense of belonging felt by the people we employ at the Trust.
The executive team prepares matters such as policy, strategy and budgets for consideration and approval by the trustees, who then monitor the implementation of these plans.
As a not-for-profit organisation, Camphill Village Trust is governed by a Board of Trustees that brings knowledge and experience about the social care sector.
