Our 70th anniversary festival

We recently celebrated a remarkable milestoneβ€”70 years of Camphill Village Trustβ€”with a fantastic festival at our Delrow Community. Over 120 supporters, family members, staff, and people we support came together for a day filled with creativity, connection, and joy.

It was a truly memorable occasion, celebrating seven decades of creating opportunities and communities where people can thrive.

Festival fun

Music filled the air as the Delrow Choir performed popular songs from the past 70 years such as Dancing Queen by ABBA, with everyone joining in to sing and dance. Guests also enjoyed a delicious lunch, lovingly prepared by our Severnside Skills catering team from Taurus Crafts, followed by a peaceful nature walk around the picturesque Delrow grounds.

The festival fun doesn't stop!

The day also included a celebratory speech from our CEO, Sara Thakkar, the cutting of a spectacular 70th anniversary cake made by the Delrow bakery, and a marketplace of handmade gifts and exclusive anniversary merchandise.

You can shop our collection of handmade, artisan gifts from our online shop!
